Provide training and technical support services for audio visual (A/V) equipment and components housed within 500+ technology enhanced rooms to include design, installation, operation and maintenance. This includes network management (Netgear and Cisco), AMX Programming, Designing and configuring Biamp Systems, Extron Configurations, SVSI (AV over IP) programming and installation, Q-sys audio configurations, AMX/Extron touch panel design, and Control for Cisco Codec Endpoints.
